It would be the first time the two envoys met since Pyeongyang missed its December 31st deadline to declare and disable its nuclear stockpile.
Mr. Hill is due here in Seoul late tonight that is on this Tuesday evening for talks with his South Korean counterpart and members of the incoming administration.
